RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are not offering order cancellations, returns, or exchanges at this time. Please email plip.works@gmail.com if you’ve received a damaged or faulty product, and we’ll be happy to help you out!

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to all orders within the United States. International orders are subject to an additional shipping cost.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your order. Because of COVID-19 and the holiday season, please expect shipping delays.

If you are shipping internationally, please anticipate an additional customs delay.

As of November 2, 2021, there are disruptions in international mail service for certain destinations*. If you are shipping to any of these destinations, please be aware that there will be significant delays in your order.
